The road leading to the property is in great shape and well maintained, but a 4x4 vehicle is REQUIRED to get to the property.

Located in Escaleras community, one of the most desirable and established areas in the Southern zone. Around a 15 minute drive from the Costanera Highway and closest beaches.
A raw, industrial style meets luxury quality in this ample boutique hotel. The open plan double-height great room features wood finishes and granite countertops. Large-format tiles and stone, wood, and bamboo inlays that adds natural warmth.
Bright & large windows that allow each of the most important spaces to have exceptional views and natural light. Catwalk between the central bedroom and the upstairs terrace is a showpiece design feature.
